U18-2 WINS 37th ANNUAL CORNWALL HOUSE LEAGUE TOURNAMENT

Overall the tournament was incredible, we took home first place out with 0 goals against but most importantly our team had fun and showed great sportsmanship! We worked as a team, kept our cool and left everything out on the ice. The best part about the tournament was supporting our novice team. After we won the championship game, our team gladly went out and cheered them on as they hit the ice. The novice team cheered us on during the finals and it gave us an edge over the other team. As U18s we are leaders for the novices and I think that we have clearly set a good example for them by displaying sportsmanship, hard work, respect and having fun. On behalf of the team we would like to say a big thank you to GGHA and our coaching staff/manager for the opportunity, as well as the Cornwall Typhoons for running a great tournament!
